Julianna Alexandra Stark, also known as Jules Stark, is Tony's adopted daughter. Tony adopted Jules when she was six years old. She was born to Marco and Linda Garcia, but they weren't significantly present in her life nor did they care for her.During the Battle of New York, Jules was discovered by Steve while she was hiding, after not finding her parents. Unsure of what to do or where her parents were, Steve brought her back to the Avengers, and they took her to the compound. Tony expressed his desire to adopt Jules, so he reached out to her parents, who agreed to sign the necessary papers. Pepper and Tony then formally adopted her.Over the years, Jules would experience intermittent periods where her powers would manifest, becoming more frequent as she grew older. At the age of thirteen, Tony and Bruce decided to investigate the nature of these abilities further. Among them were empathic abilities and chlorokinesis.

EMPATHY: She can fully interpret the emotions, moods, and temperaments of others without reading apparent symptoms, allowing her to understand introverts or discern when one emotion is actually hiding another. An empath's power grows to the point where they can manipulate emotions in others and potentially use them to empower themselves.Chlorokinesis: This is the ability to mentally and/or physically summon, control, and manipulate plants and vegetation. She can control, manipulate and grow any type of plant. She can control plants by "emotionally stimulating" them, causing them to grow or retract based on the amount of energy she puts into them.
